We try to maintain the small company approach with our customers, prioritizing flexibility and customer service. We hope we can go above and beyond to reduce your downtime, find the part you are looking for, and make the transaction as painless as possible. Please review the below terms and conditions and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

1. Warranty

Apex Waves items are guaranteed not DOA and all items are automatically warrantied upon purchase. Items that come with our unparalleled 3 year warranty include but are not limited to PLCs, HMIs, and Drive Boards. Drives come with our 2 year warranty. Please see your quotation/invoice for specific product warranty. All warranties are issued by Apex Waves, not the manufacturer, and will only be honored by Apex Waves. Please view our warranty page for a detailed copy. We hope this gives you peace of mind and confidence to work with us on a regular basis.

2. Returns

If an item is found to be defective through normal use and wear and is within the 3-year period, the Apex Waves Warranty dictates the appropriate course of action. Apex Waves reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement. We cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly. 3. Exchanges

We offer an exchange credit for most non-working units as a discount off a current order. This applies prior to the transaction. Apex Waves may decline exchanges for international buyers due to cost considerations.

4. Quote Validity

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on bill of materials and availability. For older quotes, please confirm current pricing and stock. Products on Proforma Invoices are not reserved until payment clears.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, checks (NA), wire transfers (intl), and cash (local). Net 30 is granted to returning customers. Proforma invoices require cleared funds before reserving product.

6. Shipping

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT. We offer collect shipping on your account.
Blind Shipping: Available upon request.
Packaging: Factory parts double-boxed; reconditioned items use custom Apex Waves packaging.

Shipping Options:

  • Next Day Air Early AM - Guaranteed by 8:30AM.
  • Next Day Air - By 10:30AM, most common option.
  • Next Day Air Saver - By 3PM next day.
  • 2nd Day Air - Domestic 2-day option.
  • Ground - Most affordable choice.
  • Emergency Courier - We can assist if needed, though prefer customer to arrange.

Please Note: “Ships today” products can ship same-day before 4PM. Large items require notice by 2PM. “Ships in 3-5 days” may be expedited—call us to confirm.

7. Canceled Orders

Orders over $1000.00 USD are non-cancellable.

8. Location & Hours of Operation

Apex Waves is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our hours are 8AM-5PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
