National Instruments 776990-01 Shielded I/O Connector Block

Part number 776990-01 from National Instruments is the identifying part number for the SCB-100 Shielded I/O Connector Block. With 100 Pin Female SCSI to 100 Pin Female Screw Terminal connectors, this reliable connector block is made to interface I/O signals to DAQ devices from National Instruments. When used in conjunction with shielded cables, the 776990-01 is able to deliver robust signal termination with low-noise. Easily integrated into a variety of test setups, the connector block is an excellent addition to any project.  

With 101 screw terminals in total, the 776990-01 makes it easy to connect with any of the input/output signals. The block also features a single shielded 100-pin male D-type I/O connector, supporting wire gauges up to ≤26 AWG. When there is no signal conditioning installed, the block operates with a typical power consumption of 10 mA at +5 VDC. In addition, the 776990-01 features a cold-function sensor that has an output rate of 10 mV/°C and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.

Designed for use in diverse environmental settings, the shielded connector block can function at altitudes up to 2,000 m. The 776990-01 experiences optimal functionality when operating within a temperature range of 0 to 70 °C. When the device is in storage, it can withstand an even more extensive temperature range of  –55 to 125 °C. When in operation, the connector block has a noncondensing relative humidity range of 5 to 90%. 

Suited for indoor use only and with a pollution degree of 2, the 776990-01 weighs a mere 897 g (1 lb 15.6 oz).
