The CC05120X (Part Number: 786847-01) is an externally powered Oscilloscope Probe manufactured by Hioki and sold by National Instruments. This Oscilloscope Probe is also known as the Hioki CT6701. The CC05120X is a current Oscilloscope Probe that can take measurements at a frequency of 120 MHz. The least amount of current it can measure with maximum accuracy is 5 Arms. This Oscilloscope Probe is a clamp-on probe, which can be coupled with a variety of National Instruments and other manufacturer’s oscilloscopes.
Through this Oscilloscope Probe, you will be able to take measurements within a wide frequency bandwidth (DC to 120 MHz). The CC05120X current Oscilloscope Probe is considered an ideal solution for measuring transient current signals from motor controllers, inverters, and switching power supplies. This Oscilloscope Probe can be connected to a BNC connector of measurement instruments, such as a recorder or oscilloscope. You can easily capture the current waveform by clamping this Oscilloscope Probe on the conductor being measured.
