NI CP400X Oscilloscope Probe
The National Instruments CP400X (Part Number: 784254-01) is a Single-Ended, Passive Oscilloscope Probe. This Oscilloscope Probe has an operating voltage range of -60 to 60 V and is designed to operate at 10 X attenuation. The CP400X Oscilloscope Probe is suitable for measuring instruments that work at 1 MOhm impedance at input. Both the front end and back end connectors of this probe are BNC connectors. Thus, you can achieve BNC connections on both the instrument and the signal input type using this passive, coaxial Oscilloscope Probe.
The CP400X is considered an ideal choice for up to 400 MHz measurement requirements. This Oscilloscope Probe can measure as low as 5 Arms of current accurately.
