National Instruments SA1000X Oscilloscope Probe    

The SA1000X is an Oscilloscope Probe. National Instruments produces the SA1000X probe. The NI SA1000X is launched with the part number 784255-01. The SA1000X is designed to be used with an oscilloscope. The NI SA1000X probe is associated with the family of SA probes by National Instruments. The SA1000X is fabricated as a single-ended probe. The SA1000X is used with a maximum input voltage rating of 20 V. The NI SA1000X Oscilloscope Probe requires a current of 150 mA. The SA1000X can be operated by a 24 VDC power supply.

The National Instruments SA1000X Oscilloscope Probe can function with an attenuation ratio of 10:1 DC. The SA1000X can be measured with a dynamic voltage range of ±8 V. The NI SA1000X is developed for use with various high-speed measuring tasks. The SA1000X Oscilloscope Probe is powered by a compatible power supply that is also certified with international standards. The NI SA1000X Oscilloscope Probe is evaluated with a system input capacitance of 0.9 pF. The SA1000X can be measured with the CAT 0 measurement category.
