The National Instruments cFP-PM-H (Part Number: 778616-01) is a horizontal panel mounting kit for secure mounting of the Compact FieldPoint backplanes to a panel—such as 4-slot and 8-slot, cFP-BP-4 and cFP-BP-8, respectively. This accessory is included with all Compact FieldPoint backplanes and includes strategic mounting holes on either side of the backplane for horizontal mounting.
The cFP-PM-H is part of the Compact FieldPoint system, a rugged, modular industrial control platform for advanced embedded control, data logging, Ethernet communication, and headless operation in harsh industrial and mobile environments. These backplanes and mounting kits provide safe and efficient installation, which is very important for several applications that need high levels of resistance to shock and vibration along with temperature stability.
Constructed for durability, the cFP-PM-H is part of a system that can support various I/O modules, controllers, and field signal connections via 37-pin D-Sub connectors.
