National Instruments NI-9751 C Series Direct Injector Driver Module
The NI-9751 (Part Number: 782076-01) is a C Series Direct Injector (DI) Driver Module designed by National Instruments. The NI 9751 can drive common rail diesel solenoid injectors and gasoline direct injectors. It also helps to drive piezo actuated injectors. The NI-9751 lodges up to three solenoid direct injectors. It also accommodates two piezo injectors, The NI 9751 has 3 channels for solenoid injectors, 2 channels for standard piezo injectors, and 1 channel for inverted piezo injectors. Each channel can easily control measurements for duration and timing.
The NI 9751 is compatible with CompactRIO. The NI 9751 has a maximum internal power supply in solenoid mode. The range is up to 120 V. It has maximum 190 V internal power supply in piezo mode. It has maximum current drive range up to 40 A. Its battery range is 7 V to 32 V. The module’s supply automatically closes down when an external applied voltage exceeds 24 V. The CompactRIO circuit is protected from high voltage and can work as a shield against overload internal power supply. Moreover, it provides safety against over charge power supply and controls the module’s temperature.
