National Instruments cDAQ-9177 CompactDAQ Chassis

The cDAQ-9177 (part number: 789117-01) from National Instruments is a compact and portable CompactDAQ Chassis featuring plug-and-play USB capabilities perfect for sensor and electrical measurement applications. This durable chassis offers USB Type-C connectivity, and it can be used with a wide variety of C Series I/O modules to generate a mix of digital and analog I/O. The number of analog input channels that are supported by the cDAQ-9177 depend on the C Series modules that are used. A timing resolution of 12.5 ns is supported by the chassis, and the analog input has a FIFO size of 127 samples per slot. The device has a maximum update rate of 1.6 MS/s and offers 16 onboard regeneration channels for analog output. The analog output's timing accuracy is 50 ppm of the sample rate, and its timing resolution is also 12.5 ns. The cDAQ-9177 is also equipped with 4 general-purpose counter/timers that have 32 bits of resolution. These counter/timers have 0 MHz to 20 MHz of output frequency, and a dedicated 127-sample FIFO.
