National Instruments 783865-01 PXI Analog Input Module

Often called the PXIe-4302 or National Instruments 783865-01, this advanced analog input module is intended for high-performance measurement and data gathering operations in test and measurement and industrial automation applications. With an astounding ADC resolution of 24 bits, this module's 32 differential analog input channels provide reliable and exact measurements over a broad spectrum of input signals.

With a Delta-Sigma type ADC per channel, the 783865-01 allows for 5 kS/s of simultaneous sampling, which allows for high fidelity and detail in real-time signal monitoring and analysis. To improve filtering performance in accordance with particular application needs, each channel also has the option to choose a digital filter.

The 783865-01's fault protection mechanism, which defends the module and any attached equipment from possible harm during power on or off scenarios, is one of its standout characteristics. Because there is a maximum voltage tolerance of 30 V between any two pins, users can handle a wide range of input conditions with confidence and without sacrificing performance or safety.

This module uses an integrated 106.25 MHz clock as the reference clock source to ensure exact timing and synchronization with other PXI system instruments or devices. Furthermore, it offers different timing configurations that enable users to simultaneously trigger settings for extensive sensor measurement and data gathering, as well as run several sample rates.

In terms of task resources, the 783865-01 offers robust capabilities, including four timing engines, buffered mode streams, and hardware-timed single-point streams. With a maximum of eight channels per stream, users can efficiently manage and process large volumes of data with minimal latency and high throughput.
