National Instruments FP-AO-V10B Analog Voltage Output Module

The FP-AO-V10B is an Analog Voltage Output Module by National Instruments. The NI FP-AO-V10B is available with the part number 778070-07. This module is part of the FieldPoint AO Series made by National Instruments. The FP-AO-V10B contains two channels for communication purposes. This Analog Voltage Output Module functions with the voltage output in the range of -10 to +10 V.

The NI FP-AO-V10B has a channel resolution of 12-bits. This module is equipped with an internal power supply that can be capable of taking loads to 10 mA of current limitations. The module has channels that contain an output impedance of 10 Ω per channel. The impedance adds 10 mV of error to every mA module that the channel must provide. The FP-AO-V10B is built with two channels that have a common reference point of the “b terminals.” In channel-to-channel isolation applications, this Analog Voltage Output Module and other modules can each have one channel used.

The FP-AO-V10B is designed to be used with FP terminal blocks. The terminal blocks contain universal basis terminals for the use of FieldPoint I/O systems. The FP terminal blocks can access each type of FieldPoint input/output module. The FP terminal blocks support suitable field wiring connections for screw and spring terminals. The terminal blocks are designed with a wiring diameter of 24 – 12 AWG. The FP-AO-V10B is operated on 1100 mW maximum power requirements. The FP-AO-V10B has a scan time of 1.5 ms. The FP-AO-V10B is built for use in the operating temperature of -40 to 70 °C.
