National Instruments 782512-01 RF Adapter Module for FlexRIO

Part Number 782512-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments NI-5793 RF Adapter Module for FlexRIO. The 782512-01 supports an RF frequency range of 200 MHz to 4.4 GHz and has an instantaneous bandwidth of 200 MHz. The tuning resolution is less than 250 kHz. In the same way, the LO step size in integer mode can be 4 MHz, 6 MHz, 12 MHz, and 24 MHz, but only 100 kHz is possible. The 782512-01 has a 16-bit dual-channel DAC with a data rate of 250 MS/s which can be increased to 500 MS/s with 2x interpolation. The sample clock that is included with the module has a frequency of 250 MHz. 10 MHz is the frequency of the reference clock.

The 782512-01 has 12 bidirectional AUX I/O channels (8 digital I/O and 4 PFI) and works on the 3.3 LVCMOS interface standard. Likewise, it uses an HDMI connector. 0.8 V is the highest low-level voltage (VIL) that may be supported by the digital inputs, while 2.0 V is the lowest high-level voltage (VIH). The digital outputs, on the other hand, have a minimum minimum high-level output voltage (VOH) of 2.7 V and a maximum high-level output voltage (VOL) of 0.4 V. All outputs have a maximum toggle frequency of 6.6 MHz, and ±10 V is used for overvoltage safety.

The 782512-01 measures (5.1 × 0.8 × 4.7 in) in physical dimensions and weighs 413 g. It has I/O connectors for TX OUT, LO OUT, LO IN, CLK IN, and CLK OUT. The module consumes a power of 6 W. The 782512-01 is recommended for operation between temperatures of  0 °C to 55 °C at a relative humidity of 10% to 90%. Likewise, it is designed for indoor use only and should be operated within a maximum altitude of 2000 m. However, with a relative humidity of 5% to 95%, it may be kept at temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
