National Instruments 782865-01 Signal Generator Adapter Module for FlexRIO
Part Number 782865-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments NI-5742 Signal Generator Adapter Module for FlexRIO. The 782865-01 features 32 single-ended analog output channels with a digital data resolution of 16-bit. Note that the data is written as an unsigned 16-bit binary data. Likewise, the data update rate is 1 MS/s and each channel can be individually updated. Furthermore, the sample clock is based on the internal FPGA-based data clock. The DAC used in this module is identified as AD5541A.
The output terminals in the 782865-01 have an impedance of 0.8 Ω. Likewise, the output current drive is ±2 mA while the overdrive protection is ±20 V. Furthermore, the settling time for 8, 4, and 2 LSB are 3.0 µs, 3.8 µs, and 5.1 µs respectively. Moreover, the slew rate in the terminals is 10 V/µs.

The 782865-01 is recommended for operation between 0 °C to 55 °C at a relative humidity of 10% to 90%. Likewise, it is designed for indoor use only and up to an altitude of 2000 m. On the other hand, it can be stored from temperatures of -40 °C to 71 °C at a relative humidity of 5% to 95%.
