The input range of this device is adjustable and can accommodate voltages from ±0.1 V to ±10 V, providing flexibility for various signal amplitudes. In terms of sampling rates, it can reach a maximum rate of 625 kS/s for single-channel measurements and 500 kS/s for multichannel measurements when aggregating data from multiple channels. 

The NI 780055-01 comes with two versatile counters/timers with a 32-bit resolution, providing precise measurements for Edge Counting, Pulse, and Two-Edge Separation. These counters operate with internal base clocks at frequencies of 80 MHz, 20 MHz, and 0.1 MHz, while also supporting external base clock frequencies ranging from 0 MHz to 20 MHz. 

Additionally, the device includes a 10-bit resolution analog trigger with Analog Edge Triggering and Analog Window Triggering modes for enhanced triggering capabilities. This model range comes with multiple variants. Each part has a distinction from other variants in terms of its Supported Power Input and Front Connection Type.
