National Instruments 784807-01Avionics Cable
Designed for avionics applications, the 784807-01 is an Avionics Cable from National Instruments. This cable offers an LFH connector to 4 PL75 MIL-STD-1553 stub connections and a DB25 connector. Part number 784807-01 comes with two channels: CH0 and CH1. Thus, it can be used with dual-channel MIL-STD-1553 OmniBus II modules. The PL5 connectors of the 784807-01 cable offer connectivity to Bus and Bus B of the MIL-STD-1553. The D-SUB connector carries core discrete and IRIG signals. The OmniBus II products (OB2 products) allow external systems to access various kinds of avionics data busses.
Through these data busses, various kinds of electronic equipment including sensors, navigation, displays, and control systems are interconnected on an aircraft. The interface connector provided on the boards, cards, or modules from the OB2 family is a 60-pin LFH Molex receptacle. The LFH connectors have limited use, so part number 784807-01 is required for connectivity between the 25-pin measurement and monitoring devices and the avionics data buses through OM2 modules.
