Part number 784808-01 is a breakout cable that is widely used in the aviation industry. This cable comes with a Molex LFH (60-pin) frontend connector and two 25-pin male D-Sub connectors. Part number 784808-01 Cable is often utilized for the deployment of OmniBus II - a PXIe based Avionics Interface system through which a computer system or a group of synchronized devices, monitors, or instruments shares information with avionics data buses for simulation, operation or testing. One 784808-01 can be used for the resolution of all the signals on one LFH connector.
Products included in the OmniBus II family come with two 60-pin (female) LFH connectors. Part number 784808-01 cable provides interconnectivity between the OmniBus II module interfaces and external devices directly or through accessories. This model is preferred for ARINC 429 based applications since it fetches all LFH signals including the IRIG and ARINC signals.
