The National Instruments SHC68-C68-RDIO2 (Part Numbers: 156166-01 and 156166-02) is a high speed, shielded, Digital Cable. This cable comes equipped with two 68-Pin, Male VHDCI connectors. The SHC68-C68-RDIO2 is designed to work with reconfigurable, digital input/output (RDIO) connectors. These connectors are often found on high-speed digital I/O devices from the R Series, such as the USB-7856R and USB-7855R. The SHC68-C68-RDIO2 comes with some unique characteristics to ensure the preservation of the signal quality. With this cable, you will be able to operate your system with minimal crosstalk.
The high-density cable interconnect (VHDCI) connector used in this cable supports mating with standard, female VHDCI connectors. The SHC68-C68-RDIO2 cable is recommended by National Instruments for various devices including (but not limited to) the PXIe-7867/7868, PXIe-782xR, PXI-784xR, PCIe-7851/2, PXIe-785xR etc. The cable is available as a 1-meter length (Part Number: 156166-01). You can acquire this cable in a 2-meter version as well (Part Number: 156166-02). The shielded conductors of the SHC68-C68-RDIO2 offer maximum noise rejection in applications where an optimum level of EMC performance is required.
