National Instruments PCI-6154 Multifunction I/O Device
Featured with Channel-to-Channel Isolation and Simultaneous Sampling, the National Instruments PCI-6154 (Part Number: 779340-01) is a Multifunction I/O Device. This model offers four Analog Inputs, four Analog Outputs, six Digital Inputs, and four Digital Outputs. Moreover, the NI PCI-6154 has two 32-bit counters and supports digital triggering. The two 32-bit general purpose counters/timers on this model come with 20 MHz, 80 MHz, and 100 KHz internal base clocks. These characteristics make the PCI-6154 an ideal solution for various applications, such as industrial control, automotive test, and continuous data logging.
The NI-DAQmx driver offered with this device helps with keeping the process of measurements and configurations simple. Each of the four analog inputs available on this Multifunction I/O Device operate under an overvoltage protection set at ±25 V. The analog inputs and outputs of the NI PCI-6154 support DC coupling and their maximum sampling rate remains around 250 kS/s. This device comes equipped with one D-SUB type 37-pin I/O connector. The four 16-bit differential channels offered by this device are 16-bit differential channels with ±10 to ±1 V input range.
This PCI based device can be employed in any 3.3 V or 5 V signaling environment and in typical conditions the NI PCI-6154 draws 1.3 A. This model has 5279 uV analog input absolute accuracy and D-Sub front connectors. The PCI-6154 measures voltage electrical signals.
