National Instruments PXIe-2525 PXI Multiplexer Switch Module
The PXIe-2525 (Part Number: 780587-25) is a 64-Channel Multiplexer Switch Module from National Instruments. This module implements an efficient mechanism to route signals within an automated test system. Designed with a 2-wire topology, the module incorporates 16 bank 4x1, octal 8x1, quad 16x1, dual 32x1, and 64x1 configuration schemes. These enable the NI PXIe-2525 to implement the switching mechanism for various testing requirements alongside a built-in relay counting mechanism for relay monitoring. The Multiplexer Switch Module offers a channel to channel maximum switching voltage of up to 150 volts. This measurement is the same as the voltage specifications for the channel to ground switching.
The NI PXIe 2525 Multiplexer Switch Module incorporates CH-COM DC isolation resistance with a typical value of 1 Giga-ohms 25 degrees Celsius. The bandwidth for RF measurements is less than or equal to 10 MHz- while the built-in relays of the module are electromechanical, non-latching, and field replaceable. The contact material of the relays is palladium-ruthenium and covered in gold. The PXI express device has a power requirement of 20 W at 12 V, and 3.4 W at 3.3 V. In addition, the NI device is run using the NI-SWITCH driver software.
The PXIe-2525 Multiplexer Switch Module has a pollution degree level of 2 and is meant for indoor use only.
