National Instruments PXIe-5633 PXIe Vector Network Analyzer

Equipped with a single slot, this unique and versatile device offers the testing capabilities of both a Vector Signal Transceiver (VST) and a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) into a single convenient model. Designed for streamlining high-production applications, the PXIe-5633 boasts S-parameter and modulated measurements combined in a single connection. Precise calibration (both automatic and manual), de-embedding, and full vector analysis are only a few of the capabilities found with the device.
The different part numbers of the PXIe-5633 VNA differ in their both their maximum power and frequency measurements. Part number 788182-08 measures a maximum source power of 16 dBm and have a maximum frequency of 8 GHz. Part number 788182-12 features a maximum power of 15 dBm and a maximum frequency of 12 GHz, while the maximum power for part number 788182-18 is 13 dBm with a max frequency of 18 GHz.
