National Instruments PXIe-4300 PXI Analog Input Module

The PXIe-4300 (Part Number: 781337-01) Analog Input Module comes with the following specifications: Channel Isolation, 16 Bit resolution, 8 differential analog input Channels with a 16-bit resolution, 250 kS/s sample rate, and 300 V voltage. This Analog Input Module provides data acquisition and incorporated signal conditioning for high voltage estimations. It offers higher accuracy attributes, synchronous examining, and synchronization for versatile estimation frameworks. The NI PXIe 4300 incorporates 300 Vrms CAT II channel isolation and 3,300 Vrms ground channel isolation for 5 seconds to protect clients and equipment from dangerous voltages. This module offers low programmable pass filtering, DC input coupling, and two PFI lines for digital input triggering. The included NI-DAQmx driver simplifies estimations and hardware configuration.  

The National Instruments PXIe-4300 Input Module can perform quarter, half, and full bridge-based estimations with programmed synchronization highlights. The included driver programming secures tight synchronization over numerous modules and chassis with inter-channel skews as low as 5 ppb. The 8-channel bridge input module can scale to a 136-channel framework in a single chassis and thousands of channels when synchronizing over various chassis. The high-exactness, simultaneity, and synchronization highlights make the NI PXIe 4300 module perfect for high-channel-count structural test applications, such as wind tunnels, bridge monitoring, and crash tests. The device is equipped with a 96-pin male DIN 41612/IEC 60603-2 connector. It has a power requirement of 2.0 W at +3.3 V, and 8.8 W at +12 V.

By consolidating signal conditioning and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on a similar module, the PXIe 4300 Isolated Analog Input Module delivers a smaller footprint and higher estimation execution. Integrated signal conditioning gives simplified cable management and adjustment due to fewer parts, which diminishes the installation and support cost of a high-channel-count estimation framework.

The standard 3U PXIe device weighs 5.2 oz, and measures 6.3 x 3.9 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C, and a storage temperature range of -40 °C to 71 °C. The PXIe-4300 has a recommended warm-up time of 15 minutes, and should be externally calibrated at least once a year.
