National Instruments USB-6341 Multifunction I/O Device

Moreover, it has four 32-bit counters/timers that provide edge counting, pulse width, and quadrature encoding, among other metrics. These counters/timers provide numerous input routing choices and can be synchronized with external signals. Because of the device's USB 2.0 Hi-Speed or full-speed compatibility, quick data transfer rates are possible for effective host computer communication.
