National Instruments PCIe-6376 Multifunction I/O Device

The PCIe-6376 is an advanced Multifunction I/O Device from National Instruments. This device has the part number 785809-01. The PCIe-6376 device incorporates eight differential input terminals with 16-bit resolution. This device supports simultaneous sampling. The maximum rate for the sampling for the input terminals is 3.571 MS per second. The PCIe-6376 has an input voltage range from +1 volt to +10 volts. This model supports input signals up to 1 MHz. The bias current of the PCIe-6376 input terminals is +10 pA.

The PCIe-6376 can sustain an overvoltage up to +36 volts without being damaged. When the device reaches overvoltage, the maximum input current is +20 mA on each terminal. This device also has two analog output terminals with 16 bit resolution and the impedance value of 0.4 Ohms. The NI PCIe-6376 has an output FIFO buffer, which can store 8191 samples.

The PCIe-6376 is also equipped with 24 digital I/O lines. Each line can be programmed individually as an input type or output type. The digital terminals are protected up to +20 V overvoltage. The PCIe 6376 has four counter/timers as well. The resolution of the counters/timers is 32 bits. The counters/timers support both internal and external base clocks. The FIFO buffer of the counters has a memory of 127 samples.
