National Instruments 778673-01 Terminal Block

Part Number 778673-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments CB-37FH Terminal Block. This low-cost DIN rail-mounted terminal block provides easy wiring access and allows you to connect signals to your system. The 778673-01 comes with a 37-pin female D-SUB back connector and a 37-pin female screw terminal front-end connector. Likewise, it is designed to be deployed on a horizontal DIN rail and can help you save DIN rail space. Note that these devices can only be used with NI DAQ devices that feature 37-pin 1 D-SUB connectors. 

The 778673-01 is equipped with screw terminal connectivity that ensures a secure connection. Likewise, it is also provided with a spring-latch mechanism that allows easy installation and removal of the terminal block. A simple flathead screwdriver can be used to install or remove the terminal block. The 778673-01 is designed with special materials so that it can operate reliably in harsh and highly demanding industrial environments. Likewise, its orientation makes it ideal for applications where bundles of signals need to be handled. However, the user must understand that if the application requires strict EMC compliance, the terminal cannot be used as is and may require mounting inside a sealed enclosure. 

The 778673-01 has screw terminals that support wires with sizes ranging from 12 to 30 AWG. Likewise, the maximum working voltage for the terminal block is 60 VDC. Furthermore, it is recommended that the current passing through the block does not exceed 2.5 A and the voltage does not exceed 42.4 V.
