National Instruments TBX-62 Terminal Block

National Instruments designed the TBX-62 (Part Number: 779957-01), a 62-pin male D-SUB terminal block, to connect signals to compatible NI data gathering devices. It has a 62-pin D-SUB male connector, a probe socket, screw terminals for signal connections, and a DIN rail mount. This terminal block can handle up to 150 V of maximum voltage and 2 A of maximum current, which makes it appropriate for a range of industrial uses.

It should, however, be mounted in a UL approved, appropriately rated NEMA or IP enclosure for safety in hazardous voltage applications or measurements above 42.4 Vpk/60 VDC. With its DIN rail mount and probe socket, the TBX-62 terminal block offers simplicity and streamlines the process of connecting signals to switch devices. With a secure and dependable connection, its 62-pin D-SUB male connector guarantees compatibility with NI data acquisition devices.

Furthermore, the TBX-62 is a component of National Instruments' environmental responsibility program. For the sake of the environment and its consumers, NI understands how critical it is to remove dangerous materials from its products. In addition to the TBX-62, the LabVIEW Statechart Module provides an advanced programming model for creating applications. Using statechart diagrams, users can deploy statecharts to a variety of platforms, such as desktop PCs, real-time controllers, FPGAs, and embedded targets, and define behaviors using LabVIEW dataflow programming.

Statecharts are perfect for event-response applications like sophisticated user interfaces and advanced state machines used in dynamic system controllers, machine control logic, and digital communication protocols because they offer an expanded state diagram with features like hierarchy, concurrency, and comprehensive actions.
