National Instruments TBX-68T Terminal Block
The TBX-68T is an isothermal Terminal Block which is compatible with the NI-435x products. This encompasses the USB-4350 for USB compatible computers, the PCMCIA-4350 for PCMCIA compatible computers, the PXI-4351 for PXI and CompactPCI chassis, and the PCI-4351 for PCI bus computers. The NI TBX-68T is created by National Instruments. This Terminal Block can additionally be identified with the part number 777232-01.
This 68-pin Terminal Block is designed with isothermal function capabilities. The TBX-68T is developed as a DIN-rail mountable terminal block. The National Instruments TBX-68T is a shielded board with screw terminals that links to the I/O connector on the NI-435x products. This Terminal Block offers links to every channel, excluding the two analog input channels. CH0 is reserved for the cold-junction sensor and CH1 is reserved for auto-zeroing circuitry. The TBX-68T also has 26-pin latched connectors for cables from certain relay and digital signal conditioning modules. These digital signal conditioning accessories include the SC-2060 Series, ER-8, and SSR-8.
The NI TBX-68T can work with voltage signals, thermocouples, thermistors, and RTDs. The TBX-68T can minimize the temperature gradients by using isothermal properties. This Isothermal Terminal Block can be utilized with several cable assemblies, based on the NI-435x product it is connected with. The PCMCIA-4350 is compatible with the PSH32-30F shielded cable. The NI USB-4350, NI PXI-4351, and NI PCI-4351 are compatible with the SH6868 shielded cable (recommended) and R6868 ribbon cable.
TBX-68T Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the terminal block will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
